Ingredients:
1 sweet potato cooked diced skin on in small chunks 1 oz 1/2 cup colored bell peppers 1 apple 1//4 cup fine chopped kale 1 oz red onions diced 1/4 inch 1 teaspoon canola oil 1 /2 teaspoon Saigon Cinnamon Optional Black Beans |
Chop all your ingredients and get them ready.
When chopping the apples put them in a water bath with a squeeze of lemon
or citric acid to keep them from turning brown.
