Breakfast Burrito





Burrito:  Ingredients: (per Burrito)
 1/4 th cup 5:1 eggs
diced jalapeno
diced green onion 
1 Ole Tortilla 
1 square lite laughing Cow Swiss 
2 oz black and pinto bean mix 
1 oz mixed diced bell pepper
1 oz diced Anneheim chile 
2 oz lean Ground Turkey cooked in Southwestern Spice
1 oz spanish onion
1 teaspoon fresh chopped garlic
1 oz  of shredded 2% sharp cheddar / Monterey Jack cheese blend 
2 tablespoons Pico de gallo 

1 oz fat free sour cream / or Sour cream chipotle sauce



Mash beans just a little, not to mush 



1 lb of Ground lean turkey 95 % fat free 
1 cup of chopped Spanish onion 
6 garlic cloves minced 
1 tablespoon Hungarian spice mix 
1 teaspoon chili powder

  














Brown the turkey meat in a skillet.
Add the onions, garlic and spices and cook till onions are tender. 2.  

Mix the eggs with chopped green onion and diced jalapeno and cook  omelet style 


Spread the cheese then beans on the tortilla, start at the top and leave a good glob at the top. This acts as a paste to seal the burrito shut. 




 Spread the cheese with a french knife works well. 

Add the beans then the meat. 



 Here  you see I leave the sealing cheese uncovered.

Top with a little pico de gallo and then roll up
