Squares Breakfast Menu


  Frittata – 5:1 eggs with spinach,  fingerling potatoes, diced tomato, kale, parmesan,  and cheddar cheese.

Eggs Benedict – Poached Egg Whites with house made back bacon, and with house special Hollandaise  sauce. 

 Breakfast Burritos – Ground turkey breast, mix beans of black and pinto beans, low fat cheddar, green onions, pico de gallo, and fat free sour cream.


Chilaquiles – 5:1 eggs with mixed beans of black and pinto beans, green hatch chilies  roasted baby bell peppers, plum tomatoes, roasted corn, corn tortilla strips, 2% reduced fat cheddar, and   chipotle cream sauce. 


3 oz of Lean Tri Tip  Sirloin
5:1 eggs and sweet potato hash


Ham  and Eggs – 5:1 eggs,  98 % fat Free House cured Pork Loin Ham,  Yukon Gold Hash Browns 
 Baked Stuffed FrenchToast Gluten Free Bread, stuffed with ricotta sweetened with Agave, vanilla bean, topped with fresh strawberry coulis.
 Breakfast Quesadilla – Low fat cheddar cheese melted in a gluten free tortilla with ground turkey, black and pinto beans, house pickled jalapenos, and lime chipotle sauce.
